On Twitter and Followers – Where is Yoda?

I am not sure if I should call this Twitter Philosophy 101, or simple basic rules. If you Follow Me, I Follow You. If you mention me, I put you on my “friends” list in Seesmic and look for opportunities to ReTweet you or mention you. If you are a porno spammer, I block you. If you are not active on Twitter, I’d like to know why your website does not need 10% more traffic.
